MY PHILOSOPHY
Taylored Fitness uses a flexible dieting approach where you can enjoy food and have a balanced lifestyle while still reaching your goals. We get out of the “all or nothing mindset” in regards to our dieting approach.
You CAN have pasta on date nights, enjoy ice cream with your kids, eat the same dinners as your family, or enjoy a cocktail. We learn how to balance our intake and eat the things we love while also eating the things our bodies need to feel and function better.
Taylored Fitness focuses on the education piece of why we are doing what we’re doing. We don’t just give you a generic plan and say, "cool talk to you next week!"
Everything is Taylored to you, your lifestyle, and your goals.
With the understanding of food and the commitment from you to give your all to the program, I can guarantee that your life will be changed and you will forever look at food in a different way. I would love nothing more than to be the one you trust to take you through this journey! You and me.

Individualized nutrition coaching based on your age, activity level + goal.
This is right for you if you are looking to maintain, build muscle/body re-composition or lose body fat. I give you a macro-nutrient based meal plan and an educational course to learn how to track moving forward.
We will go over obstacles, challenges, wins and make any necessary macros or workout adjustment to keep you on the right path for your goals.
1:1 coaching is more than fitness and nutrition, it’s accountability, trust,
and having someone to give you a plan Taylored to you, your goals and lifestyle.
I will customize a workout program to meet you at whatever your fitness level is. Whether you want home workouts or you use
a commercial gym,
we can cater to all!
